Before you arrive…
Please ensure you know the name in which the order was placed with. We may also ask for the order number.
(Providing this ensures a quick and efficient process for everyone.)

Arrive at McKee’s…
On arrival, you will be greeted on the lane, by a car park attendant, who will ask if you are “collecting or going into the shop”.
03.
State Your Name…
Please clearly state the order name, if you have an order number this may help.
You will be given a “box number” which your order has been assigned to.
Please place this on your windscreen or drivers window so it is visible for our staff to bring your order to your vehicle.
04.
Order Check…
A staff member will bring your order to your vehicle.
They will check your name & address or phone number to ensure it matches against your order docket.
