The aroma of the kitchens will greet you as you come into the building – freshly made each day from the best local produce – the Country Store welcomes you with a display of fresh veg and a wall of homebaked breads and cakes. And that’s just the beginning.

It’s not unusual to find our locally-grown vegetables still sprinkled with moist soil and our eggs still warm. Our shelves are full of delightful ‘must-haves’, from jars of artisan chutneys to every home-baking ingredient you can imagine.

Deli Counter
Turning homegrown into truly special – you don’t need packaging when the picture will be on your plate! Our professional award winning chefs delight in making good wholesome food, from single-serve savoury pastries to group servings of casseroles, curries and stews.
Butchery
The original old stone barn tastefully transformed to offer our home reared beef and chicken alongside quality assured Northern Ireland produce. Our traditional butchers are always on hand to offer ideas and advice.
Confectionary
A real talking point. A colourful array of sweets in jars taking you back in time. Remember teacakes, chocolate limes & fudge flake to name a few? Pokes, hampers available for special occasions. Do we have your old favourite?
Bakery
Warm ovens from 5am, bringing you fresh bread and treacle farls, tray bakes, cakes and a varied range of gluten free products. Our 14 trained bakers and skilled kitchen staff serve fresh baked goods as soon as the store and restaurant opens, right up to closing time.
